Gastroenterology & Liver Update (GLU) is a half-day, in-person educational meeting designed to provide practical, evidence-based updates in gastroenterology and hepatology for clinicians practising in Southwestern Ontario.

This regional program will bring together gastroenterologists, hepatologists, internists, family physicians, fellows, trainees, nurse practitioners, and allied health professionals who manage patients with digestive and liver diseases across the care continuum.

As digestive and liver disease care continues to evolve, clinicians are navigating new therapies, diagnostic approaches, and management strategies across areas such as inflammatory bowel disease, fatty liver disease, and complex gastrointestinal disorders. GLU London 2026 has been developed to support real-world clinical decision-making through focused expert updates, case-based discussion, interactive audience engagement, and opportunities for peer exchange.

What to Expect

Participants can expect a practical and clinically relevant program focused on the challenges commonly encountered in community and regional practice. Through expert-led presentations and case-based panel discussions, the meeting will explore current updates in gastroenterology and hepatology while creating space for questions, dialogue, and multidisciplinary perspectives.

The program is designed to support knowledge exchange between specialists, community-based clinicians, trainees, allied health professionals, faculty, and industry partners in a focused, interactive setting.
